Refund policy
If an item in your order isn't working, no problem! We love what we do and we want you to love your items. We know that finding the right fit can sometimes be difficult, which is why we offer easy returns so you can browse our store with confidence.Â
We accept returns in new condition with tags attached within 14 business days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. Your requests must be approved by our Returns – Delulu District.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your items, your refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days, usually much faster, and you will receive a confirmation email. *Please note that not all sale items are eligible for a refund (see list below).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, are missing tags, or are on sale. Pet hair and cigarette odours will not be accepted, and you may be charged a return shipping fee.
PLEASE NOTE: A $19.55 return fee is non-refundable on orders that received free shipping when returning one or more items.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. To be replaced, all damaged items must have their tags still attached and be in unworn condition. Any damage resulting from cutting the package with scissors, washing, and/or improperly cutting the garments will unfortunately not be replaced.
