Shipping policy
SHIPPING | We ship via Purolator or Canada Post. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number confirming that your order is on its way.
Estimated transit times are indicated when you order; these are transit estimates once the item has shipped.
This is NOT an expedited service; it is only an estimate of how long the package will take to reach you once it has shipped.
Most in-stock items ship within 5 to 7 business days of ordering.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, but we will work with you to resolve them.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING | Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 5 to 12 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that we cannot control customs delays and, although rare, packages can often take 3 to 5 weeks to be delivered to international destinations. We ship directly to ALL countries. If your country is not listed, please let us know.
DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We do not control country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government (outside of Canada). Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are imposed on your package by the authorities, you will be responsible for the charges. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged the taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally required by border agencies to display the original price of any item purchased.
SHIPPING | We ship to the address provided in the order confirmation. Any package returned due to an incorrect or inaccurate address will be refunded less the original shipping charge. Take a quick look and double-check that your address is correct before placing your order.
